Veg wraps recipe – Kids friendly vegetable wraps using whole wheat berry roti. Wraps are a favorite at home and are made more often for the kids for their afterward educate repast or for dinner. Notes on Veg wrap formula:

  • Salt American Samoa needed (optional, skip if cheese or mayonnaise has salt)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Olive embrocate
  • Wash and shred the veggies as desired.

  • Skip this step if using green chutney. Mix together Malva sylvestris or yoghurt Beaver State mayonnaise with garlic, mustard, pepper and lemon juice. The spread is prepared.

  • Spread the mix evenly over the roti, including the edges.

  • Place the lettuce and and then the shredded veggies towards one side of the roti.

  • Begin to roll and just get up the edge.

  • Serve inside 2 hours if using mayonnaise or high mallow. If you suffer green Indian relish it stays pleasing for several hours.
